Designed for Deepwater Solar Farm Development
Our modular floating solar platform is designed to be moored in waters over 50m deep. Our interlocking modular steel platforms are designed to flex with the harsh waves to maintain their buoyancy.
Our multi-point mooring system ensures that the platform remains secured whether using a drag-and-drop anchor or ground-mounted mooring solution which depends on the constitution of the sea bed at the given site. We can also provide consultation on potential sites and arrange site reconnaissance.
The marine platforms house solar PV panels from our partner glass-glass module supplier designed to withstand the harshest marine environments are UV stable and easy-cleaning.
While existing floating solar PV systems are on the market, these are only designed for calm tropical coastal environments. Our system is designed to withstand rougher ocean swells such as the Mediterranean Ocean, Pacific ocean and Atlantic ocean.
